The Gen2 modernisation covered the machine, drive belts, controls, wiring and door equipment.

- New control panel and full rewire
- New door operator
- New landing pushes and indicators
- Firefighting and evacuation system
Programme and completion.
The works were completed in around five to five-and-a-half weeks, within the seven-week programme.
